The Seller shall perform all of its obligations under the Contracts related to the Transferred Receivables to the same extent as if the Seller had not sold or contributed Receivables hereunder and the exercise by the Purchaser of its rights hereunder shall not relieve the Seller from such obligations or its obligations with respect to the Transferred Receivables. The Purchaser shall not have any obligation or liability with respect to any Transferred Receivables or related Contracts, nor shall the Purchaser be obligated to perform any of the obligations of the Seller thereunder.
