Artist’s Availability Clause Samples
The Artist’s Availability clause defines the periods during which the artist must be accessible or present for work related to the agreement. It typically outlines specific dates, times, or events when the artist is required to perform, attend rehearsals, or participate in promotional activities. By clearly establishing these expectations, the clause helps prevent scheduling conflicts and ensures that both parties are aligned on the artist’s commitments, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smooth project execution.
Artist’s Availability. The Artist cannot be required to be at the disposal of the Engager, except within the specified rehearsal and performance hours, and the photograph call hours as set forth above. This Clause 30:03 does not prohibit interviews on radio or television, nor is the Artist prohibited from making reasonable personal publicity appearances.
