Articles 11 Clause Samples

Articles 11 applies to retirees who become Medicare eligible for a health-related, or any other, reason prior to turning age sixty-five (65). The same requirements apply as stated in Article 11.14.5.1.1, but the 7 month window is based upon the date they become Medicare Eligible.
