ARTICLE XI Miscellaneous. All amendments, notices, requests, and disclosures of any kind made pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing.
ARTICLE XI Miscellaneous. Subject to the provisions of applicable law, the Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement with another labor organization during the life of this Agreement with respect to the employees covered by this Agreement, or any agreement or contract with said employees, individually or collectively, which in any way affects wages, hours or working conditions of said employees, or any individual employee.
ARTICLE XI Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. No assignment of this Agreement, in hole or in part, will be made without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
