Common use of Article VII Clause in Contracts

Article VII. The buyer agrees to cut and remove the timber, subject of this agreement, in strict accordance with the following conditions: (8) The clauses of this article are designed to instruct the buyer on how this particular logging operation is to be carried out and what special restrictions you wish the buyer to follow.
