ARTICLE VII MISCELLANEOUS. 32 DEPOSIT AGREEMENT DEPOSIT AGREEMENT, dated as of 1999, among INFOSYS TECHOLOGIES LIMITED, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India and its successors (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, a corporation duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, as Depositary and any successor as depositary hereunder (hereinafter referred to as the "Depositary"), and all Registered Holders and Beneficial Owners from time to time of American Depositary Receipts (as hereinafter defined) issued hereunder.
