ARTICLE SCOPE. This Agreement shall cover rates of pay, hours of service and working conditions governing the employment by the Company of employees in the bargaining unit. New classifications and wage scales may be added to the bargaining unit from time to time when mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Union.
ARTICLE SCOPE. The Board recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent authorized to represent all employees of the Greater Essex County District School Board (the “Board”) employed in custodial, building maintenance, preventive maintenance, and any new or former bargaining unit position, save and except supervisor, person above the rank of supervisor and employees employed by the Board in other bargaining units. ARTICLE SCOPE. The Sheraton Centre recognizes the union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees who are employed in the Departments listed in Schedule A, save and except, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisors, coordinators, accounting, security, front desk, reservations, general administration, purchasing, receiving, sales and catering, activity centre, customer service agents, students in a community college hotel management course who work without remuneration for the Company as part of their program of studies and management trainees. ARTICLE SCOPE. This Agreement shall apply only to part-time members employed by the Toronto Police Service as hereinafter defined.

ARTICLE SCOPE. This Agreement shall apply to all nurses of the Employer, as defined in the Certificate of Certification issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board, dated at Toronto the 15th day of June, Notwithstanding Article this being all registered and graduate nurses who are nurses, employed by the Board of Health, and District Health Unit, save and except Manager and persons above the rank of Manager. The parties agree that if the name of the Employer changes due to the restructuring of the Municipality the parties can address the issue with a Letter of Understanding to be attached to the Collective Agreement.
ARTICLE SCOPE. The Board recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all its employees save and except Professional Medical Staff, Graduate Staff, Technical Personnel, Day Care Personnel, Supervisors, persons above the rank of Supervisor and Office Staff and Dietitian. Normal hours per week shall be forty (40) hours. Employees shall be required to work an average of five (5) eight (8) hour shifts, inclusive of a half hour paid meal period.
ARTICLE SCOPE. The Corporation recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all inside and outside Union employees covered by this Agreement, save and except the following: Of the Inside Employees, Deputy Department Heads, those above the rank of Deputy Department Heads, Professional Engineers, Manager of Community Services, Manager of Parks and Community Centres, Manager Long Range Policy (Planning), Purchasing Agent, System Officer, Construction Supervisor, Executive Assistant to the Mayor Council, Confidential Secretary to the Mayor, Tax Collector, Executive Secretary to the Administrator, Confidential Secretary to the Administrator, students working during the school vacation and those persons working hours per week or less. Of the Outside Employees, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Facilities Manager, and those above the rank of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Facilities Manager, Students working during the school vacation and those persons working hours per week or less.
