ARTICLE OVERTIME. The employee's normal work week is forty (40) hours, however, it is hereby expressly understood and agreed that the provisions of this Article are for the purpose of computing overtime and shall not be construed to be a guarantee of or limitation upon the hours of work to be done per day or per week nor as a guarantee of working schedules.
