The Employer agrees to provide the Union on a monthly basis, with information concerning the identification of each employee in the Unit by forwarding the Union a copy of the information remitted to the Alliance under the provisions of article The Employer shall provide each permanent employee with a copy of this Agreement, provide four (4) copies to the Union, and retain one copyat each office.
