Common use of Article Information Clause in Contracts

Article Information. The Employer agrees to provide the Union on a monthly basis, with information concerning the identification of each member in the Bargaining Unit. This information shall include the name, location and job classification of all employees in the Bargaining Unit. The Employer shall indicate which employees have been hired or transferred and those employees whose employment has been terminated during the period reported. The Employer shall provide each employee with a copy of this Collective Agreement. The Employer agrees to provide each new member of the Bargaining Unit with a copy of this Collective Agreement upon his appointment. The Employer shall notify the Union of all newly created classifications including its designation as to whether it is within or outside of the Bargaining Unit.
