ARTICLE APPLICATION. The provisions of this Agreement apply to the Alliance, Employees, and the Employer. Except as otherwise noted in this Agreement, notification to the Employer by the Alliance shall be made to the Police Service, Attention Police Chief. No Bargaining Unit Member shall enter into any other agreement with the Employer.
