Article 27 - Termination. 27.1 This Agreement will become in effect upon signing, and shall remain in effect until the 31st day of October 2010, and shall thereafter continue from year to year unless either party gives notice in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement or to enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than 30 days and not more than 60 days prior to any such yearly date to termination.
