ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish by mutual agreement an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and the employees concerned, and to provide for the prompt disposition of grievances, to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work, and wages for all employees within the bargaining unit.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE.
