ARTICLE 1 - CONTRACT Clause Samples
ARTICLE 1 - CONTRACT serves as the foundational provision that formally establishes the existence of a binding agreement between the parties. This clause typically identifies the parties involved, references the agreement as a contract, and may specify the effective date or scope of the arrangement. By clearly stating that a contract exists, it ensures both parties acknowledge their legal obligations and provides a clear starting point for interpreting the rights and duties set forth in the rest of the document.
