Common use of Arrest Clause in Contracts

Arrest. Any arrest of a Ship or its detention in the exercise or the purported exercise of any lien or claim unless it is redelivered to the full control of the relevant Borrower within 30 days of such arrest or detention.

Arrest. Any arrest of a Ship or, as the case may be, the Collateral Ship, or its detention in the exercise or the purported exercise of any lien or claim unless it is redelivered to the full control of the relevant Borrower or, as the case may be, the Collateral Owner, within 30 days of such arrest or detention.
