Arrangements for Closed Port Days. 1.18.1 The Company will continue to review the agreed arrangements prescribed below. In the event of the Company encountering difficulties in having sufficient available Employees to meet operational requirements for work on Closed Port Days, the parties will discuss the agreed arrangements with a view to resolving any issues and ensuring sufficient available Employees in the future. 1.18.2 The Company may compel Employees to work Closed Port Days as per Part A, clause 15.1 of this Agreement, except that for each Closed Port Day the Company will compel a maximum of 75% of available rostered FSE’s (excluding maintenance) to work on the applicable day (including those FSE’s who volunteer to work on the applicable Closed Port Day). 1.18.3 This clause varies the operation of clause 15.1 of Part A of this Agreement only in so far as it limits compulsion to 75% of available rostered FSE’s (excluding maintenance) on the applicable Closed Port Day.

Arrangements for Closed Port Days. 1.22.1 In the event of the Company encountering difficulties in having sufficient available Employees to meet operational requirements for work on Closed Port Days (including the Christmas and New Year Closed Port shoulder periods), the parties will discuss the agreed arrangements with a view to resolving any issues and ensuring sufficient available Employees in the future. 1.22.2 Engineering/Maintenance (a) The Company agrees that it will only compel FSEs in Engineering and Maintenance to work on a Closed Port Day in the event that there are insufficient volunteers to allocate a minimum of two (2) fitters and two (2) electricians to each shift when 1 to 4 crane gangs are operating. Should the Company need to compel, it agrees that it will compel Employees to work only to the extent required to provide a minimum of two (2) fitters and two (2) electricians on each shift. This arrangement will apply for all four Closed Port Days as prescribed in Part A, clause 15.2 of this Agreement.
