ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING. Landlord at its sole expense, shall furnish complete space plans, including all necessary revisions and advise on design related issues. Landlord, at its sole expense, shall furnish complete architectural working drawings including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans. Landlord's expenses for the space plans and working drawings shall not reduce the amount of the construction allowance. Tenant shall be responsible for any costs related to changes to the working drawings once Tenant has furnished initial approval of said drawings. Landlord's architect shall warrant that the working drawings comply with applicable laws.

ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING. Developer shall perform, or cause to be performed by properly registered and qualified architects and engineers, all necessary professional architectural and engineering services to design, prepare and detail the Plans and Specifications for the Project. The Architect will perform the following architectural services: (a) Design the Project so as to comply with Codes and Standards in conformity with the Scope Document and provide administration of the construction of the Project as described in the Contract Documents during construction and until Final Completion; (b) Visit the Project site at intervals appropriate to the then current stage of construction in order to remain familiar with the progress and quality of the completed construction work and to determine if the construction work is being performed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications; and (c) Review and approve or take other appropriate action upon submittals such as shop drawings, product data and samples, for the purpose of checking for conformance with information given and the design concept expressed in the Plans and Specifications.
ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING. 5 Penn Plaza is on Auto Cadd Version #14. All Architects will supply the Building Management with as-built drawings on Version #14 to include all Legends, Schedules and Details. All Engineers will submit to the Building Management all engineering as-built drawings on the appropriate discs. All of the aforementioned must be completed within ten (10) days from Tenant’s move into the Building.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. (a) A7 to show Purchaser’s performance responsibility. (b) The Schedule of Items to include costs of survey and design, as provided under B5.24, and adjust Timber Sale Account, as provided in B5.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.
