Common use of Architect/Engineer Approval Clause in Contracts

Architect/Engineer Approval. The AE will review a submitted Application for Final Payment promptly but in no event later than ten (10) days after its receipt. Prior to the expiration of this deadline, the AE will either 1) return the Application for Final Payment to CM-at-Risk with corrections for action and resubmission or 2) accept it, note their approval and send to Owner.
