Common use of Architect Contract Clause in Contracts

Architect Contract. The Sponsor shall enter into a contract with an architect to provide professional services for the Development. The contract shall require an architect to supervise the construction work, conduct periodic site visits, prepare periodic inspection reports, verify the validity of the construction contractor’s payment requests, prepare or review change orders, and, upon completion of construction, provide the certification described in paragraph 31 of these General Conditions.
