Architect Agreements Sample Clauses
An Architect Agreements clause defines the terms and conditions under which an architect is engaged for a project. It typically outlines the scope of services to be provided, the architect’s responsibilities, compensation structure, and any deliverables or timelines required. For example, it may specify whether the architect is responsible for design only or also for overseeing construction, and how changes to the project scope are handled. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations and expectations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and misunderstandings during the course of the project.
