Arbitration Orders. Any order made pursuant to arbitration shall be in writing, shall give reasons for the decisions reached and shall be deemed final and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the enforcement of the order. The Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts identified in Section 8.04 for purposes of the enforcement of any such order.
