Arbitration Hearing Schedule. The arbitration hearing shall be held within 90 work days after the date of the selection of the arbitrator. The grievant and the Superintendent shall be notified not later than 20 work days in advance of the hearing time and place.
Arbitration Hearing Schedule. A. If no agreement is reached on a hearing date, the neutral panel members shall, within five (5) days, impose a hearing date which can be no sooner than thirty (30) days or later than eighty (80) days from the day he imposes this hearing date. The partisan panel members are bound to accept this date. D. In all cases, no arbitration hearing shall be scheduled between July 1st - August 31, of any calendar year except by mutual agreement.
