Arbitration and Class Action Waiver. You acknowledge and agree that the Extra Credit Union Membership and Account Agreement (which you agree is incorporated into and is part of this Agreement) includes Arbitration and Class Action Waiver provisions and that any disputes regarding this Agreement shall be governed by those provisions unless you opted out of them in accordance with the Extra Credit Union Membership and Account Agreement.
