Arbitration 11. 2.1 Any Dispute shall be submitted to arbitration (the “Arbitration”) by three (3) Arbitrators pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Section 11.2 and pursuant to the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules (the “Rules”) of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). If the provisions of this Section 11.2 are inconsistent with the provisions of the Rules and to the extent of such inconsistency, the provisions of this Section 11.2 shall prevail in any Arbitration.
