Common use of Arbitration 1 Clause in Contracts

Arbitration 1. All disputes and differences between the parties arising under or in connection with this Treaty including its formation and validity, and whether arising during or after the term of this Treaty, shall be referred to an arbitration tribunal (“Arbitration Tribunal”) in the manner hereinafter provided. The parties shall, throughout the dispute, consider in good faith the appropriateness of using mediation to resolve the dispute.
