APPROXIMATE ESTIMATE. The quantities given in the Notice to CONTRACTORs, Proposal, and Contract forms are approximate only, being given as a basis for the comparison of bids. The COUNTY does not, expressly or by implication, agrees that the actual amount of Work will correspond therewith. The COUNTY also reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of any class or portion of the Work, or to delete any portion of the Work, as may be deemed necessary or advisable by the ENGINEER.
