Approved Investor Commitments. Maintain all of its Mortgage Loans included in Collateral and all other Mortgage Loans owned by the Company or any Borrowing Subsidiary, as applicable, which satisfy the delivery requirements of any then-current Approved Investor Commitments to purchase Mortgage Loans or to exchange Securities for Mortgage Loans held by the Company or any Borrowing Subsidiary (in each case, other than any Mortgage Loans held by the Company or a Borrowing Subsidiary solely for investment) in compliance with such Approved Investor Commitments and perform all of its obligations in connection with such commitments.
