Common use of Approved Fund Clause in Contracts

Approved Fund. Any Fund that is administered or managed by (a) a Lender, (b) an Affiliate of a Lender or (c) an entity or an Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Lender. Asset Sales. A sale, sale and leaseback, assignment, conveyance, transfer or other disposition to, or any exchange of property with, any Person (other than a Loan Party), in one transaction or a series of transactions, by any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries, of all or substantially all of the assets of, all of the Capital Stock of, or a business line or unit or a division of, such Loan Party or any such Subsidiary, including, without limitation, any transactions permitted under §§9.5 and 9.6.
