Approvals for Tower Site. Seller and the Company shall have obtained all necessary governmental consents or approvals required for the construction and operation of the Station at the Tower Site, and any such construction shall have been conducted in accordance with the terms of such consents or approvals and with any applicable laws, rules and regulations of any governmental authority, including, without limitation, the FCC, any municipality or the Federal Aviation Administration.
