Approvals by Client Clause Samples
The 'Approvals by Client' clause defines the requirement for the client to review and formally approve certain deliverables, actions, or decisions during the course of a project or contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines which items require client approval, the process for submitting items for approval, and the timeframe within which the client must respond. For example, it may apply to design drafts, project milestones, or budget changes. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the client maintains oversight and control over key aspects of the work, preventing misunderstandings and ensuring that the final outcomes align with the client's expectations.
Approvals by Client. At LUX’s request, Client shall approve selections, drawings, renderings, and similar samples and documents by returning an executed copy of each such document or a signed authorization referencing such documents to LUX. Failure to respond in accordance to the established timeline may result in additional charges or an extension of the timeline. These costs will be documented in writing and submitted to Client. Any executive committee members and other decision makers must sign off on LUX’s direction as the project moves through the presentation and approval steps. Any communications regarding modifications and approvals can be made and accepted electronically.
