Common use of Approvals and Filings Clause in Contracts

Approvals and Filings. No authorization, approval or consent of, or filing with, any court, governmental body, regulatory agency, self-regulatory organization, stock exchange or market or other third party is required to be obtained or made by such Purchaser in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, other than filings required to be made under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Approvals and Filings. No authorization, approval or consent of, or filing with, any court, governmental body, regulatory agency, self-regulatory organization, stock exchange or market or other third party is required to be obtained or made by such Purchaser the Seller in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, other than filings required to be made under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
