Common use of Approval Standard Clause in Contracts

Approval Standard. The consent, approval or determination of the Manager or any Member required or permitted under this Agreement with respect to any matter may be withheld in such party’s sole and absolute discretion, unless this Agreement provides that such consent, approval or determination may not be unreasonably withheld (or another standard is specifically provided for in this Agreement for such matter).
