Approval Request. Request from an ATS-unit to the ATS sector concerned for an approval of: • an aircraft not yet airborne, whenever the flying time to the transfer of control point is less than the agreed minimum prenotification time, or • an aircraft in flight intending to operate under conditions other than those described in mutually agreed procedures.
Approval Request. For any proposed deviation from the conditions specified in this paragraph (e.g. COP, route or level) the transferring unit shall initiate an Approval Request.
Approval Request. For each Loan that the Borrower wishes to effect an Addition (including any Addition in connection with a Substitution), the Borrower shall deliver a request for an Approval Notice to the Administrative Agent (an “Approval Request”). Each Approval Request shall set forth information in relation to the relevant Loan as of a date not more than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of the Approval Request (the “Addition Cut-Off Date”), and shall confirm that as of the Addition Cut-Off Date:
Approval Request. The Club reserves the right to refuse to grant you approval or consent for any matter or thing where acting reasonably and where your proposed use of the Allocated Space is considered to represent a high risk.
Approval Request. Except as provided in Paragraph 12(A), whenever express agreement or consent is required by this Conservation Easement, the initiating party shall give written notice, in the manner described in Paragraph 12(C), and detailed information to the other party. The receiving party shall review the proposed activity and notify the initiating party within forty five (45) days after receipt of notice of any objections to such activity. Any objections by a party shall be based upon its opinion that the proposed activity is inconsistent with the terms of this Conservation Easement.
