Approval of Site Assessment Plan/Report of Findings. If DTSC finds the Site Assessment Plan and Report of Findings is adequate and contains all necessary information required pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 25395.94(b) and (c), DTSC will approve the plan and notify appropriate persons, including any public drinking water system that relies on impacted groundwater for public drinking water purposes.
