Approval for Listing; No Suspension. The Placement Shares shall have either been (i) approved for listing, subject to notice of issuance, on the Principal Trading Market, or (ii) the Company shall have filed an application for listing of the Placement Shares on the Principal Trading Market at or prior to the issuance of the Placement Notice. Trading in the Common Shares shall not have been suspended on such market.
Approval for Listing; No Suspension. The Placement Shares shall have been duly listed, subject to notice of issuance, on the NYSE, and trading in the shares of Common Stock shall not have been suspended on such market.

The Placement Shares shall have either been (i) approved for listing, subject to notice of issuance, on the NYSE American, or (ii) the Company shall have filed an application for listing of the Placement Shares on the NYSE American at or prior to the issuance of the Placement Notice. Trading in the Common Shares shall not have been suspended on the NYSE American.

The Placement Shares shall have been conditionally approved for listing on the TSXV, subject only to customary listing conditions required to be fulfilled following the entering into of this Agreement. Trading in the Shares shall not have been suspended on such markets.
Approval for Listing; No Suspension. The Placement Shares, the Placement Warrant Shares, the Placement Agent Unit Shares, the Placement Agent Unit Warrant Shares, the Placement Advisory Unit Shares and the Placement Advisory Unit Warrant Shares shall have either been (i) approved for listing, subject to notice of issuance, on the CSE, or (ii) the Corporation shall have filed an application for listing of the Placement Shares, the Placement Warrant Shares, the Placement Agent Unit Shares, the Placement Agent Unit Warrant Shares, the Placement Advisory Unit Shares and the Placement Advisory Unit Warrant Shares on the CSE at or prior to the issuance of the Placement Notice. Trading in the Shares shall not have been suspended on such markets.
Approval for Listing; No Suspension. (i) The Shares are listed and posted for trading on the CSE, (ii) the Shares shall not have been suspended for trading on the CSE and (iii) the CSE has approved and authorized the Corporation’s proposed reporting of sales of Placement Shares and other prescribed information related to the Offering.
