Approval Dates Clause Samples
Approval Dates. MANAR and HGAR shall utilize their best efforts to cause this Agreement and all of the related underlying documents, including the Plan of Merger, the Certificate of Merger and the various Resolutions to be adopted and ratified by their respective Boards of Directors and Members before the Effective Date.
Approval Dates. The approvals required by (i) Section 1.2(a) shall occur on or before July 15, 1999, and (ii) Sections 1.2(b) and (c) occurred prior to the execution of this Agreement.
