Approval and Release Sample Clauses
The Approval and Release clause establishes the requirement for one party to formally approve certain actions, documents, or deliverables, and, upon approval, to release the other party from further liability or claims related to those items. In practice, this clause may require a client to sign off on completed work or a deliverable, after which the service provider is no longer responsible for defects or issues unless otherwise specified. Its core function is to provide a clear point at which responsibility shifts and to prevent future disputes by confirming that the approving party is satisfied and waives further claims regarding the approved subject matter.
