Appropriate Use. 13.1. Where a Client purchases carbon offsets/carbon credits, the Client agrees that these are not bought as either personal investments (e.g. with intent to re-sell at a later date) or to be re-sold to other buyers, known to be purchasing the carbon offsets/ carbon credits as a personal investment.
