HOWEVER, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, WE DO NOT CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION OF ANY COURTS OTHER THAN THOSE REFERENCED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONTEST THAT IT IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF ANY OTHER COURT. We may limit a Site’s availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion. This Agreement, as well as all other documents related to it, including notices and correspondence, will be in the English language only.
