Apprentice Tradesperson. 1st Year - 54% of the bottom of Salary Band 3 2nd Year - 64% of the bottom of Salary Band 3 3rd Year - 72% of the bottom of Salary Band 3 4th Year - 80% of the bottom of Salary Band 3 For the purposes of this sub-clause, the percentage payment of the bottom of Salary band 3 is inclusive of base salary along with all allowances under this agreement except of meal allowances. 1) Relief at higher duties will be available to staff on the Salary Banding Structure. (a) An employee directed to relieve at a higher band will be paid provided the relief continues beyond three (3) days. (b) Relief in a position on the Salary Banding Structure will be at an appropriate rate within the band applicable to the role being relieved. (1) 38 Hour Per Week Employees (a) Day Workers
