Apprentice or trainee ineligibility. An employer of an apprentice or trainee will be deemed ineligible for payment of a grant under this Program where the apprentice or trainee: 3.2.1 Is classified as an existing worker on their training contract. 3.2.2 Is employed in a workplace NOT physically located in Tasmania. 3.2.3 Leaves employment, for any reason, prior to the time of payment of the first instalment of the grant.
