APPRENTICE CLASSIFICATIONS UNDER ALL APPENDICES. (1) Effective April 1, 2016, subject to DAS approval, the only skill levels for Tile Finisher Apprentices shall be F4 and F5, and the only skill levels for Tile Layer Apprentices shall be S-8 through S-11. New Tile Finisher Apprentices shall enter at the F-4 classification and new Tile Layer Apprentices shall enter at the S-8 classification. Existing F-3 and S-7 apprentices as of April 1, 2016 shall immediately advance to F-4 and S-8 classifications, respectively. (2) Effective April 1, 2017, the taxable wage rate for the F-6 classification shall equal sixty percent (60%) of the taxable wage rate of the S-12 classification (not paid for out of the annual increases to the overall economic package).
