Common use of Appraisal; Condition of the Facility Clause in Contracts

Appraisal; Condition of the Facility. The Owner Participant shall have received the Closing Appraisal prepared by the Appraiser addressed and delivered only to the Owner Participant in form and substance satisfactory to the Owner Participant on the Closing Date or in such form with only such changes as are acceptable to the Owner Participant. The Owner Participant shall be satisfied that the Facility shall be in the condition described in the Closing

The Owner Participant shall be satisfied that the Facility shall be in the condition described in such Closing Appraisal. AEE shall have received an appraisal from the ClosingAppraiser in form and 27 34 substance satisfactory to it and a copy of such appraisal shall be given to the Owner Participant.

AEE shall have received an appraisal from the ClosingAppraiser in form and substance satisfactory to it and a copy of such appraisal shall be given to the Owner Participant.

The Company shall have received a letter from the Appraiser with regard to the fair market value, depreciation class, and remaining useful life of the Facility.
