Common use of Appointment Term Clause in Contracts

Appointment Term. The Company hereby appoints Consultant and Consultant hereby accepts appointment as an independent consultant for the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for five (5) years (the “Term”). This Agreement shall automatically renew for subsequent one (1) year terms unless terminated by either Party.
