Common use of Appointment of the Borrower as Obligor Representative Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Borrower as Obligor Representative. For purposes of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, each Obligor (i) authorizes the Borrower to make such requests, give such notices or furnish such certificates to the Administrative Agent or any Lender as may be required or permitted by this Agreement and any other Loan Document for the benefit of such Obligor and (ii) authorizes the Administrative Agent and each Lender to treat such requests, notices, certificates or consents given or made by the Borrower to have been made, given or furnished by the applicable Obligor for purposes of this Agreement and any other Loan Document. The Administrative Agent and each Lender shall be entitled to rely on each such request, notice, certificate or consent made, given or furnished by the Obligor Representative pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or any other Loan Document as being made or furnished on behalf of, and with the effect of irrevocably binding, such Obligor. Each warranty, covenant, agreement and undertaking made on its behalf by the Obligor Representative shall be deemed for all purposes to have been made by each Obligor and shall be binding upon and enforceable against each Obligor to the same extent as if the same had been made directly by each Obligor.
