Appointment of Successor Clearing Agency. If any Clearing Agency elects to discontinue its services as securities depository with respect to the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares, the Trustee may appoint a successor Clearing Agency with respect to such Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares.
