Common use of Appointment of Collateral Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Collateral Agent. The Secured Parties in their sole discretion may delegate certain of their rights hereunder to one or more Collateral Agent. If and as applicable, the Secured Parties may insert the name of the selected Collateral Agent in this Section 18.
