Common use of Appointment of Calculation Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Calculation Agent. [...] is hereby appointed by the Issuer and the CBC as calculation agent for each Series of Covered Bonds described in the Annex II (the "Relevant Covered Bonds") for the purposes set out in Clause 3 below and of performing all other obligations and duties imposed on it by the Conditions and this Agreement, which appointment is accepted by [...].
