Common use of Appointment of Borrowers’ Agent as Agent for the Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Borrowers’ Agent as Agent for the Borrowers. Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints the Borrowers’ Agent as its agent hereunder to make requests on such Borrower’s behalf under Section 2 hereof for Borrowings, to request on such Borrower’s behalf Letters of Credit and to execute all Applications therefor, and to take any other action contemplated by the Loan Documents with respect to the credit extended hereunder to such Borrower.
