Common use of Appointment; Establishment of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Appointment; Establishment of Accounts. Each Fund hereby appoints the Bank as its agent for the term of this Agreement to perform the cash management services set forth herein and in Schedule I attached hereto and made a part hereof (as such Schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time by mutual agreement) which are selected by the Funds from time to time. The Bank hereby accepts appointment as such agent for each Fund and agrees to establish and maintain one or more Accounts and/or Omnibus Accounts as the parties shall determine are necessary to receive and disburse money as provided in this Agreement.

The Bank hereby accepts appointment as such agent for each Fund and agrees to establish and maintain one or more Accounts and/or Omnibus Accounts as the parties shall determine are necessary to receive and disburse money as provided in this Agreement.
